How to deal with anxiety?
As it stands now, there are more than 40 million Americans suffer from some form of panic attacks or anxiety, and the common denominator is the cost - based entirely on the lifestyle of others. Other countries have a large number of sick people as well and if you don't know anything better, one would think that some kind of plague throughout the world is spreading.
Next time, pay strict attention to same when arguing with your partner - is more frequent now than before? There is a myth circling around anxiety that have a disorder of anxiety in some way makes you seem weak or a bad person to others. The truth of the matter is that no one who goes through life and does not undergo some kind of fear or feelings of anxiety at one time or another there is.

But I understand, this does not mean has to control his life.
