Panic attack - the key to stop the anxiety in its tracks

Put an end to the attacks of panic is really simple. The problem is that it is not easy. If you suffer from them, know impossible first-hand what may seem. The main problem is that the nature of a panic attack is illogical. How can you solve a problem when nothing makes sense?

However, the first thing you should do is realize that is the origin of the attack. His brain is causing, but it feels very like is that is pushing you against your will.

Here is the first bit of information that lacks logic. How can you be causing something struggling hard to avert? That would be like hitting his hand on a hot stove because you don't want to get burned.

The issue here is that, since the first panic attack, you afraid of having another. This fear is the heart of all subsequent attacks. Since the attack is essentially just the fear of fear, it is low. More fear will get more fear that you will receive.

For this reason, you have a moment so difficult to stop the thought process that occurs during a panic attack. The anxiety that has is the trigger to make more anxious. Post who fear having another episode, and begin to fight against it. That worry about their feelings, that only makes things worse.

As I said before, really involves not logic. You know, intellectually, that it is not in danger, or is simply his entire body too, but we all know it's talking about his body from a panic attack rarely works. In fact sometimes can do worse because they know that no reason to feel this way... There is so why feel it?

The key to stop panic attacks is to turn the tables on their feelings. If you fight against the reactions of his body, only reinforce the feeling that is not in control. The trick is to actually invite attack. This, of course, is contra-intuitivas, but it works.

You may not be something that invite, even demand to spend fear. Take your panic a defined time to do their worst. For example, is "O.K. we have been through this many times before and am fed up of it." Bring it on! "Twenty seconds to make your what you have!" Then only let do its thing. Not been killed yet and never will.
