4. Meditation is a technique of relaxation from daily stress, including physical and mental relaxation. People who meditate should not be subject to any religious instruction or spiritual to gain this ability. During meditation, the body gets what may be described as "a deep and prolonged relaxation". Meditate regularly (every day from twenty to thirty minutes) helps to alleviate the anxiety and panic attacks. It also improves concentration, memory and creativity.
