Anxiety cure and panic attacks - anxiety or anxiety disorder?

Anxiety is a normal part of everyday life for all of us and they have to realize that not all anxiety is bad for us. When certain situations are produced is reasonable react with some anxiety, in fact this kind of anxiety may be a reaction necessary to keep us safe from danger; for example, crossing a busy road or driving on a track of narrow mountain that we are not accustomed to. If we do not feel anxiety in such circumstances, then, something would be wrong.

An anxiety disorder, on the other hand, is quite different from everyday normal anxious thoughts and feelings that is much more intense (perhaps leading to a panic attack), takes longer (persists for a long time, months or years) and does not go away once the stressful situation has passed or leads to specific phobias (social agorafobiafobia)(, etc.).

Many people visit your doctor with symptoms of one or more of the anxiety mentioned above orders may prescribe medications to help control his disorder. These can be SSRI (a class of antidepressant drugs often prescribed for anxiety disorders) benzodiazepines (tranquilizers such as valium, xanax) or a combination of them. Although this type of medication can help control the symptoms of anxiety are not a cure all and anxiety disorder will still there latent distance under the surface expected to raise its ugly head provided that there is a State of anxiety.
